This page explains the Google data used by this private internal automation.
Google data accessed
With the Owner's authorization, the automation can access relevant Gmail messages, their content,
and attachments when needed for Plant Room operations. It can also read, apply, and manage Gmail
labels. The requested OAuth permission is gmail.modify.
How the data is used
Google user data is used only to operate the Plant Room's private internal email automation, including reservation- and invoice-related operational workflows. It is not used for advertising, sold, or made available as a public service.
Sharing and access
The automation does not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to operate the Owner-controlled automation. Access is limited to the Plant Room operator and the technical systems needed to provide this internal workflow.
Retention
Message and attachment handling is limited to what is needed for the operational workflow. The precise retention and storage behavior remains subject to Owner review and the configured automation environment; this notice will be updated if that behavior changes.
