Plant Room Gmail Automation

A private, Owner-controlled automation used for Plant Room operational email workflows.

Purpose

The automation monitors the Plant Room Gmail inbox, reads relevant incoming operational emails, retrieves message content and attachments when needed, and applies or manages Gmail labels. It supports internal reservation- and invoice-related operational workflows.

Google account access

The automation requests the Google OAuth permission gmail.modify so it can read relevant Gmail messages and manage labels for the internal workflows described above.
